Currency

The currency of any transaction is in Australian Dollars ($AUD) only. However, for our international customers, prices are available in alternate currencies. Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.

Risk and Title

the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;
the repair of such goods;
the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
If the breach to relates to services:
the supplying of the services again; or
the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Review Promotion
Prize offered to Zagarra customers who leave a review through the email request or directly on the website. Winner will be drawn on 30th June 2024. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferrable or exchangeable and, with the exception of cash prizes, cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be sent to winner's nominated email address. Zagarra's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is subject to State and Territory legislation but also final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promotor reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
